I voluntarily allow my child to participate in the programme and acknowledge these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, I agree that Patagonia Football Limited, its directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, and contractors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the programme, except where caused by proven negligence.
