Terms and Conditions

By completing your child’s registration and submitting payment for Patagonia FC programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions

Registration and Payment

  • Full payment of fees must be completed before your child participates in any Patagonia FC training sessions, matches, or events
  • Long-term members may be eligible for a weekly payment plan upon Please contact Patagonia FC directly to discuss available options.
  • Fees are non-refundable once the term or program has started unless otherwise agreed due to exceptional circumstances
  • Missed sessions (due to illness, injury, or personal reasons) are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future terms
  • Patagonia FC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events, field closures). We will offer make-up sessions when possible

Media Consent

  • By registering and paying, you grant Patagonia FC permission to photograph, video record, and use images and/or recordings of your child during club activities
  • These images or videos may be used on Patagonia FC’s social media platforms, websites, promotional materials, and other public communication channels
  • Patagonia FC will use such media respectfully and will not disclose any personal information without further consent
  • If you do not wish for your child’s image or video to be used, you must notify Patagonia FC in writing via email to info@patagoniafc.co.nz at the time of registration

Code of Conduct

  • Players, parents, and guardians are expected to demonstrate respect at all times towards coaches, referees, other players, families, and opponents
  • Any inappropriate behaviour, including abusive language, aggression, or disrespect, may result in removal from the session, suspension, or termination of membership without refund
  • Players must wear the appropriate Patagonia FC training gear during sessions unless advised otherwise

Health and Safety

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is fit and healthy to participate in football activities
  • Any medical conditions or injuries must be disclosed to Patagonia FC staff upon registration or as they arise
  • In the event of injury during club activities, Patagonia FC staff will take reasonable steps to provide first Further medical treatment will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian

Liability

  • While all reasonable care is taken during activities, Patagonia FC accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to property during training sessions, matches, or events
  • Parents and guardians agree to release Patagonia FC and its staff from any claims or liability arising from participation

Communication

  • Patagonia FC communicates primarily via email and through its designated communication platforms (such as the 360 app or WhatsApp groups). It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to stay updated

Program Changes

  • Patagonia FC reserves the right to change the structure, schedule, coaching staff, or locations of programs if All efforts will be made to notify families promptly

Agreement

  • By registering your child and completing payment, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them
