Patagonia FC will make every reasonable effort to run the School Holiday Programme as scheduled.

However, activities may be cancelled, postponed, relocated, or modified due to adverse weather conditions, unsafe field conditions, venue closures, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Parents/caregivers will be notified as soon as practicable through our usual communication channels if any changes are required.

Where a programme day is cancelled due to weather, ground conditions, venue closure, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Patagonia FC’s control, refunds, credits, or make-up sessions are not guaranteed and will be considered at Patagonia FC’s sole discretion.

The safety and wellbeing of all participants will always be our primary consideration when making decisions regarding programme cancellations or modifications.
